He has pioneered the revolution of the construction and real estate industry of Odisha. 

Md Aquib, an engineer by day and realtor by night, with more than  7 years of expertise and experience in realty, takes care of business development & PR division of DLR Group. He has been primarily responsible for the expansion and making both offline and online presence of DLR Group, in the market. His dynamic personality, entrepreneurial acumen and optimistic approach has secured him a prominent position in the realty sector of Odisha. 

Sohail has played a very vital role from day 1 of DLR's existence in Odisha. An engineer and entrepreneur himself, Sohail has a vast working knowledge of finances, development and estates. Many project development work of DLR have been designed and carried out by him. Sohail is one of the finest brain that DLR has, and is responsible for carrying out smooth and planned execution of new investment and township projects.
